Mastering Glaze Consistency Registration open Feb 17 – 27

At the end of the presentation, I’ll introduce you to my online program Mastering Glaze Consistency.

It’s a 4-week, comprehensive online course where I’ll teach you my complete systematic approach to consistent glazing that has already helped hundreds of potters understand the science behind glaze application and how to adjust their glazes so they turn out the way they want them to.

This course is for both beginners and advanced potters alike.

If you’re puzzled by the inconsistencies of your glaze results and you don’t yet understand the nuances behind specific gravity and glaze viscosity (flocculation/deflocculation) this course will be a game changer.

These details aren’t taught in most glaze classes and they make all the difference.

Registration for Mastering Glaze Consistency will be open from Feb 17-27.

Class officially starts Monday, Feb 28 but you can get started as soon as you register with Module 1 – Setting Yourself Up for Success where you’ll be making lots of test tiles!

I’m Sue McLeod

I’ve been working with glazes since 2009 and teaching about glazes and their chemistry since 2017.

My role as the studio technician in a busy community pottery studio for 6 years has given me the opportunity to study how glazes work on a deep, yet practical level.

I’ve seen thousands of glaze results come out of the kiln over the years, which have helped me to understand how glazes work, how they don’t work and how we can best control our results.

Glazes and the whole technical side of ceramics are a true passion of mine and I’ve made it my mission to take the complicated aspects of our craft and translate them so they’re easy to understand for ceramic artists of all experience levels.
